Buying soda in school is stupid for the following reasons: 1. It's expensive (add up how much you spend per month)
2. It makes you thirsty (as all sugar filled drinks do)
3. It leads to diabetes and obesity
4. Diet sodas contain aspartame which is toxic to humans
5. It encourages states to reduce school funding when the school receives "outside funding" from soda sales
6. It makes you hyperactive and less able to concentrate in class

I noticed that when I used to go to school buying soda cost more then when you go to the store just thinking about it you can get more drinks at the store for a better price.I used to buy and a friend a drink every day at school..just think on the movie that we all could of saved lol

Our school never had vending machines, no matter how often we requested for them. They used to sell fizzy drinks in the canteen but stopped them because they wanted to make our diets healthier, which in truth was a blessing! mind you there was a wholesalest 30 seconds down the road and shops near by. So it didn't really matter.

least 1 school that i no of cares for the kids health.

yes i agree...its terrible! as im drinking a root beer...haha no just kidding

skool really need to start looking after us as half my skool are getting fat and unhealthy.
